Ghana – Diving with sharks

Ghana lies on the Gulf of Guinea and offers a diverse coastline on the Atlantic, where sharks are occasionally sighted, such as blue sharks and sandbar sharks. Shark diving is currently not possible in Ghana, but the coastal regions are of interest to divers because of their underwater landscapes, wrecks and species-rich marine life. Experienced divers can enjoy fascinating dives here, even though encounters with sharks remain rare.
